Consumers across the U.S. are being warned again by food safety officials about produce sold at large retailers that could be contaminated with listeria. The Food and Drug Administration issued an alert expanding a recall for vegetables sold at Walmart and Aldi locations in over a dozen states. Years earlier in an attempted suicide, he shot himself in the head, resulting in the removal of part of his brain and a plastic plate being placed in his skull, causing impaired speech and motor functions.Court documents say he and Creech were not on good terms.
