前几天闺蜜结婚，在宴席上吃过一道爽口小前菜：菠萝拌黄瓜～
本来以为是后厨的糊弄之作，结果一口就被惊艳到了！



天啦噜，原来这两样搭配在一起这么清爽～这么开胃～这么解腻，是夏天的味道啊～



黄瓜脆脆的，菠萝香甜香甜的，汤汁甜中带酸，巨清新爽口～



这道菜一上桌就被抢光了，比肉还受欢迎，服务员看我们爱吃，特意告知了做法，说她们自己在家也会做～
下面快来跟阿清一起解锁，没胃口或者酒喝多的时候，宠它就对了！
菠萝拌黄瓜详细做法：
一：食材准备：

• 菠萝
  
• 黄瓜
  
• 白砂糖
  
• 白醋（或者雪碧）
  

二：详细做法：
1:新鲜菠萝处理干净，切片用盐水浸泡15分钟左右，避免扎口～
2:黄瓜洗净，去掉中间的芯备用～
3:两样食材均控干水分放在一起，加入5勺白醋、4勺白糖抓拌均匀（不爱吃醋味的朋友也可以用雪碧代替糖和醋），然后倒入些许凉白开，冰箱冷藏腌制30分钟即可～



阿清试着做过两次，老人孩子都很爱吃！尤其是老爸，喝了酒以后最喜欢来几片爽口解酒了～
