杭州楼市呢，从上个月开始就受到了我们的重点关注，因为它的限购政策放开了。





所以我们对杭州楼市的期待也是非常旺盛的，只不过呢，它的成交量真的表现很一般，还不如那些没有政策的城市。



3月份杭州的二手房成交远高于了一手房，本来觉得4月份一手房会高于二手房会旺盛一些，但没想到事与愿违。


因为我们看到了杭州的一些新楼盘，虽然有很多人报名去摇号去抢着买，但最终好像成交并不怎么样。








如上图所示，很多人都说杭州楼市真的要变天了，差不多有900个人报名去摇号买237套房源，这么多人抢237套房源应该说很快就会秒光的。



但是结果让人意外，最后却仅仅只能卖出165套房子，太神奇了，不可思议。



我只能说可能大家现在都变得比较理智了吧，就是去参加一下，如果不符合自己心意的话，就会犹犹豫豫不买房。


所以我觉得可能楼市还没有到抄底买房的时机，因为大家还没有看到房价有大幅上涨迹象，要不然他们绝对不会这个样子。



所以呢，所有的买房人都应该理性一点点，不要再那样冲动的冲进楼市里面去当接盘侠了。



因为赚钱并不容易，而一套房子涉及到了上百万甚至几百万，买了之后，你可是要在里面住很长时间的，一定要精挑细选，选择合适的时机。
