复旦大学MBA校友故事：赵尚持续创业新路径

冬恋良缘

　　2月12日，英国《金融时报》（FT）发布2024年全球MBA项目百强榜单，复旦大学MBA项目位列全球第27位，并在多个分指标上位居全球前列。其中“职业服务”和“ESG与零排放教学”蝉联亚洲第1、“薪酬增长率”全球第2、“职业成长”全球第3。

　　复旦MBA一直以来放眼全球，致力培养改变世界、造福人类的商业和社会领导者。赵尚，被复旦MBA培养理念吸引的2018级校友，面对创业路上的层层挑战与困难，他选择复旦MBA作为自我提升与完善的平台。他坚信，复旦MBA能够培养更契合社会发展需要的领导者。如今，他投身科创领域，持续奋斗在创业第一线。

　　

　　Q1在众多的商学院中为什么选择了复旦MBA？

　　赵尚:

　　在起心动念要学习之前，我已经成功将两家公司从创业做到上市，这个过程中也实现了一部分财富自由。

　　因此，我渴望选择一所底蕴深厚又很国际化的学校继续深造。复旦大学是一所具有百年文化底蕴和浓厚人文情怀的学府，自然而然地成为了我心中的首选。我对复旦校训“博学而笃志，切问而近思”深感认同，这不仅是复旦人追求学问和真理的座右铭，也与我个人的价值观高度契合。

　　Q2复旦MBA的学习有什么收获？

　　赵尚:

　　在复旦MBA的学习经历，对我而言是一次全面而深刻的提升。不仅在工作技能、商科知识方面有了显着的进步，更在与同学们的交往中收获了宝贵的情谊，同时思维方式也得到了极大地拓展。

　　尽管我之前参与了两家上市公司的创业、运营，但我的思维始终局限在市场层面，对于投资和企业的融资估值等领域存在明显的不足。而在复旦MBA的学习中，无论是课堂上教授深入浅出的Accounting知识讲解，还是小组内前四大同学的专业协助，都直观地填补了我在这方面的知识空白，真正解决了我在企业管理过程中遇到的问题。

　　更为重要的是，这次学习经历对我企业未来的财务规划具有长远的意义。我不仅掌握了更为全面和深入的经济知识，更学会了如何运用这些知识来解决实际问题，优化企业的运营和管理。同时，我也更加明白了团队协作的重要性，学会了如何更好地与不同背景、不同专业的同学合作，共同攻克难题。

　　求学期间，我和复旦MBA同学也建立了深厚的同学情谊，大家来自不同行业、不同国家，自然会有一些跨文化、跨领域的交流，这种交流真诚而本真，摒弃了世俗的功利因素，大家可以毫无保留地分享自己的思考和感悟。正是这种情谊让我觉得复旦MBAer是一个不可分割的整体。

　　Q3作为一个创业者，复旦MBA对你的职业发展有什么助力吗？

　　赵尚:

　　作为一个创业者，我从复旦MBA获得的职业帮助可能比其他同学更多。从思维、方式、资源到落地流程、方法等各个方面，CDO（复旦管院职业发展中心简称）的老师都给了非常大的支持。我任何感到困惑的时候，都会去请教各位CDO老师。老师们会从各个方面协助我，包括创业规划、校友资源对接、流程指引、引进投资等等。

　　Q4为什么在多次持续创业后选择了科创这个赛道？

　　赵尚:

　　我选择科创赛道，既源于专业背景的深厚积淀，更受性格和价值观的深刻影响。

　　在科创行业的实践中，我也得到了很大的提升。我发现，正是在不断的创新、深度思考与实践探索中，自我潜能才得以持续激发，这与复旦MBA课堂上所倡导的“Innovation practice improvement”理念不谋而合。要在自己擅长的领域取得卓越成就，我们需要沉淀思考，而后勇于创新，并通过实践验证真理。这正是我选择科创赛道并致力于其发展的根本原因，也是我在这个领域持续追求卓越的动力所在。

　　Q5工作之外，有什么爱好？

　　赵尚:

　　工作之余我喜欢带孩子出去骑行运动。无论刮风下雨，天寒地冻，基本每周都会骑行45公里从不间断。运动非常能够培养孩子的毅力，这种品质在以后的工作、学习、生活中都至关重要。

　　

　　Q6有什么建议给创业者或者复旦MBA的学弟学妹们？

　　赵尚:

　　一旦有了想法，就要迅速将其付诸实践。想要继续深造，就毫不犹豫地踏上学习之路。在学校中，要积极参与各项整合实践活动，丰富自身阅历，提升综合能力。

　　如今，我们身处一个充满挑战与机遇的时代，更需要大家拿出满腔的活力与斗志，勇敢地承担起创业者、企业领导者的责任。复旦MBA，一直以培养能够改变世界、造福人类的商业和社会领导者为使命，我们身为复旦人，更应时刻铭记这一理念，并付诸行动。
