“断崖式衰老”出现在几岁？提醒：身体有7大失衡，衰老或将到来

衰老通常被认为是年龄引起的，年龄越大，衰老越明显，比如：老态龙钟、步履蹒跚、白发苍苍、风烛残年等描述的词语。
2021年，国际知名期刊《细胞》刊发研究文章显示，通过对近2万名不同人种、年龄在18—95岁的人群血液样本分析研究，在34岁、60岁、78岁3个阶段，决定衰老的1379种蛋白波动明显，这3个年龄段，也成为衰老的“新型分界线”。



但是，人体是一个血肉有情、精密无比的“设备”，各部分器官组织精确配合，齐心协力，让我们显示出比普通动物更强的思考力，更高的智商力，更好的综合素质。关键是，人体各部分衰老不是等速的，有先有后，比如在主要器官里：
肝脏活跃期可达70年，肠道活跃期55年，肾脏活跃期50年，心脏达到40年，牙齿有40年，骨骼35年，大脑约30年，而皮肤只有25—30年，肺部在25年后走下坡路。
这些主要器官的“保质期”在提示我们，越是注重保养，越能延长使用期限，衰老就来得越慢。



实际上，我们生活中发现，有的人30岁，就像50岁的样子，一些人40岁就有许多白头发，更有甚者，20多岁的年轻人，状态和70岁的老人差不多，这是怎么回事？
这或许表明，用年龄来划分衰老期，不一定是唯一的路径，还可能掩盖了很多衰老的真相。在我们身边，“突然衰老”、“断崖式衰老”，不一定是年龄，还有这3个很重要的原因：
1、一些准妈妈升级为母亲的时候，就是从分娩之后、养育小孩期间，臀部变大，脱发增多，睡不安稳，很难减掉赘肉，皮肤毛孔粗大等等，和过去靓丽形象判若两人。
2、一些上班族频繁加班、熬夜、外卖之后，面色发灰发黄，面部油腻，便秘，秃头，小肚腩很明显，经常感觉胸闷，心跳非常快，根本不像青壮年。
3、一些家庭突然遭遇重大变故，如失业、工作严重受挫、身体患重病、家人有恶疾或离世等等，很多中青年人会显示出与年龄不相符的衰老和黯淡，甚至“一夜白头”。



这3个原因，无疑是“断崖式衰老”的加速器，还有其它一些原因，但本质上看，它是身体“7大失衡”引起的。
“7大失衡”是现代中医对中医经典的总结，如《黄帝内经》记述：男五八，肾气衰，发堕齿槁。就是说男人到了40岁以后，随着先天之本的衰退，毛发、牙齿等相继出现问题，苍老起来。支撑肾气先天之本的，是“五大要素”：
精强、气足、血行、阴和阳平衡，它们本质上反映了五脏六腑和经络的功能正常。任何疾病的出现，或身体衰弱，都离不开这5个方面问题，很多是5个要素里面，好几个都不行，所以即使年龄不太大，也看起来十分苍老。
把“五大要素”相关的健康问题细分，就是“7大失衡”：
1、精失衡，五脏六腑之精不行，人看起来萎靡困顿，经常有疲劳感，毛发失荣，牙松耳鸣耳背，面色晦暗，大小便时间长，经常上厕所。
2、气失衡，经常患呼吸道疾病，呼吸短促，面色发白，半夜易惊醒，语言有气无力，食欲差，大便溏烂。



3、血失衡，身上有瘀斑、肿痛和炎症，手脚发颤发麻，面色枯黄，体质偏瘦，头晕乏力，注意力容易分散，大便干结。
4、气血失衡，典型表现是腰膝酸软，胸闷气短，咽干口苦，便秘腹泻，女人还出现月经异常。
5、阴失衡，双目无神，时常有眼干的感觉，五心烦热，容易盗汗和上火，口舌和皮肤非常干燥，秋冬季瘙痒感明显。
6、阳失衡，比较怕冷，胸口不舒，面色苍白，容易久咳和哮喘，消化不良，人看起来比较虚弱。
7、阴阳失衡，经常头晕耳鸣，关节肿痛，急躁易怒，四肢麻木，尿频尿急，身体时常有痛感，大小便不正常。



哪些行为会加剧“7大失衡”？
主要是长期反复折腾，慢慢引起各种症状，现代多见的有：饮食重口味，营养不良，久坐久站，熬夜晚睡，长期失眠，思虑过重，焦虑紧张，悲伤抑郁，吸烟酗酒，忽视锻炼，过度减肥，大病体虚等等。
所以，重视防范让身体失衡的行为，其实就是在延缓衰老，尤其是防止“断崖式衰老”。衰老过分强调年龄，反而忽视了人体抗衰的主观能动性。
