文明交通是城市的名片，是展现城市文明的窗口。创建全国文明城市工作开展以来，康县公安全体民辅警在县委、县政府、县局党委的坚强领导下，充分发扬特别能吃苦、特别能战斗、特别能奉献的优良传统和作风，昼夜坚守创城一线，用智慧、辛劳和汗水努力为这座城市、为人民群众营造安全有序、文明畅通的交通环境。

为文明“站岗”

在创城攻坚工作中，他们秉承“按时上岗、严守职责"的理念，始终贯彻“保平安、保畅通"原则，劝导行人走斑马线、不闯红灯、不逆行，督促电动车按要求上牌和正确佩戴头盔，积极劝导各类不文明甚至交通违法行为。从早上7时30分到晚18时30分，一天10个小时的工作量，汗水浸透，脚步不停。

为安全“磨嘴”

虽说电动车整治没有太多的技术含量，但它不仅仅是一场攻坚战、也是一场持久战，需要的是和车主“磨嘴皮子”，有时遇到不理解的还要耐心解释。他们采取“教育+劝导+整治”的方式，合理安排警力部署，在市场周边、学校上下学路段、国省道等重点路段，开展对电动车交通违法行为整治行动，并面对面向群众讲解有关“一盔一带”和非标电动车治理方面的政策法规，全面加强电动车交通安全管理，有效提升电动车骑行人员交通安全意识。

为畅通“穿梭”

针对辖区周边乱停乱放的突出问题，结合辖区交通管理工作实际，他们每天穿梭于各个街道、各个路口，用钉钉子的精神盯紧每一起违停交通违法行为，努力做到发现一起、整治一起、教育一起，助力文明之花处处绽放、文明意识全面养成。同时，持续加大对沿街商铺、住户的交通安全宣传力度，要求其做到不随意停放的同时积极引导其他车辆规范停车、按位停车，警民携手共同营造良好的道路交通环境。












“经过前期的整治后，现在秩序好多了！”城区中队负责人李治平很开心地说，“但是创城有时限，文明无穷期。城市文明是一种融于城市的内在品质，需要每位市民毕生来维护，任何时候都松不得。”
