3个中药是乱用乱吃的“重灾区”，伤阳气降免疫，春季养生别跟风

清明节过后，各地春色盎然，生机勃勃，踏春、游玩、赏花、减压成为很多人的首选，而且一些人还专门到野地“采挖中草药”，作为“养生节目”。
经常被采挖的药材和食物，除了荠菜、灰灰菜、紫苏等热门品种外，遇到五指毛桃、薄荷、鱼腥草就像捡到金子一般，还有蕨菜、野葱、车前草、枸杞头等美味，既陶冶了身心又满足了口腹之欲，一举多得。



中医重点提醒：有3种民间著名的药食同源中草药，春天正在田间地头大量生长，但身体如果没有疾病，没有痰、热、咳、郁和炎症等问题，一定不要乱吃，更不能长期吃，因为会“损阳气”、“伤免疫力”。
这3种著名的中草药是：
1、蒲公英
著名的“排毒草”、“下火草”，2002年列入“药食同源”药材，全草可入药，常见做法是：
鲜叶可生吃，可榨汁；干叶可煮汤煮茶，可入药；根部可入药；全株可提取中药成分，堪称宝贝。
中医认为，蒲公英味甘、苦，性寒，归肝经、胃经，早在晋代《刘涓子鬼遗方》就有药用记载，在《上衣本草》有系统论述，蒲公英可清热解毒，利尿散结，补血消肿。



在民间，蒲公英有4大“神效”：
一是嗓子疼痛、咽部发炎，蒲公英来解忧。
二是便秘便结，消化不良，蒲公英见效快。
三是肝火旺盛，口干口苦，蒲公英能帮忙。
四是心情郁结，贫血少乳，蒲公英不含糊。
蒲公英的配伍很多，常见的有菊花、枸杞、玉米须、苦荞、桂花、金银花等。
但是，如果身体正常，没有什么不适症状，不宜经常食用蒲公英，或喝蒲公英泡水。
2、金银花
著名的“清热解毒草”、“药铺神仙草”，是我国常用的中药材，有大量方剂使用到金银花，该药材3月开花，6月采收炮制，全国大多数地区出产，以山东产量最多，河南产量较优质。



金银花性寒、味甘，归肺经、心经、胃经，《神农本草经》对其功效给予很高评价，尤其是疾病初起、红肿炎症、外感风热、疮疡肿毒、便血脓血等，使用很快见效。
金银花在近几年防治新冠、甲流、乙流等传染疾病中，被广泛使用，也实打实赢得了名声。
金银花用于解表散寒，可与连翘、薄荷等配伍，用于清热解毒，可与蒲公英、紫花地丁等配伍；用于凉血止痢，可与黄芩、黄连、白芍等配伍；用于疮痈肿毒，可与野菊花、半枝莲等配伍。
但是，不少人平时有喝金银花泡水的习惯，这个不太妥当，要及时纠正。
3、板蓝根
著名的“防瘟抗疫药”、“清热降火药”，《本草纲目》给予较高评价，在数百年前就是走街串巷的铃医之“宝药”，五十多年前乡村“赤脚医生”必备板蓝根，而且编入1970年版的《赤脚医生手册》。更值得称道的是，在非典、新冠疫情中，很多抗疫方剂就有板蓝根参与。



板蓝根味苦、性寒，归心经、胃经，是清热解毒的好药，凉血利咽的名药，温病退热的良药，现代有许多板蓝根散剂和中成药，对肺胃热盛、口咽干燥、咽喉炎症等见效较快。
板蓝根的“黄金搭档”多见于：金银花、连翘、胖大海、黄芩、蒲公英等，最大产地在东北，但全国多数地方都有种植。
但是，如果身体各方面没有炎症、热毒、疼痛，是不能吃板蓝根的，有些地方喜欢用板蓝根“防感冒”，这个不太合适。
蒲公英、金银花、板蓝根，它们为什么不建议经常吃？没病时为什么不能吃？
这3个药材相同之处是名气很大，药效确切，应用广泛，春季大量出现，更主要都是鼎鼎有名的清热解毒药，中医用途广泛。
中医治病讲究辨证论治，如果出现热毒症状，或温病、疮疡、肿痛等问题，辨证分别使用这3种药当中的任何一种，是合适的。



问题是，这3个都是“寒药”，是纠偏的，如果身体没问题，在没有热毒火气的情况下，经常吃这些药，或泡水或中成药，它们会把阳气当成热火、炎症来攻伐，让阳气受损，亏虚，原本是升阳的春季，却打了一场“阳气歼灭战”。
春天阳气升发是非常珍贵的，顾护阳气，就是保护免疫力。身体没有病症，错用这3个“寒药”，会伤阳伤正，反而会损害免疫力。在不少地方，春季这3个中草药恰恰成为伤阳气、害免疫的“重灾区”。
总之，在没有问题的情况下，中医不主张用任何一种药物，尤其是蒲公英、金银花、板蓝根这样的寒药，防止伤害阳气，损伤免疫力，反而带来新的问题。
