光明区与兰州大学签署战略合作协议 共建兰州大学深圳研究院

深圳新闻网2024年4月8日讯（深圳商报记者 刘芳）近日，光明区人民政府与兰州大学签署战略合作协议，共建兰州大学深圳研究院。据了解，兰州大学深圳研究院将重点围绕生命健康领域，加强原始创新、成果转化、人才培养等方面合作，全力打造一流高校参与大湾区综合性国家科学中心建设的标杆典范。

据介绍，兰州大学深圳研究院将作为兰州大学“走出去、引进来”的门户、“独树一帜”服务深圳新兴产业发展需求的应用科技研发平台、兰州大学贯彻落实“四个面向”的创新型市场化主体，围绕科技成果转移转化通道、国际化科研人才引进通道、交叉学科应用型研发平台建设、市场导向型应用研究、国家级重点科技攻关、“硬科技”企业的孵化培育等方面和深圳开展合作。

兰州大学深圳研究院初期计划建设并配置有机功能分子与多肽药物研究所、活性天然产物及药物化学研究所、靶向调控免疫药物与核药物研究中心、中药二次开发与大健康产品研究中心等4个研究机构，以及运营平台公司、大湾区兰大校友创业基地、技术转移与孵化中心、生物医药技术概念验证中心等4个技术转移与创业孵化支持载体。

兰州大学负责人表示，兰州大学深圳研究院在光明科学城落地、建设和发展，将为光明科学城打造世界一流科学城注入强劲动能。希望通过兰州大学深圳研究院的建设，不断完善兰州大学的科研范式、教育范式，将产业前沿需求传递到学校培养体系当中，将研究院打造成为教育、科技、人才培养、产业孵化的重要基地，形成更多新质生产力，更好地提升学校服务国家战略和经济社会发展需求的能力。

光明区表示，将充分发挥创新优势和产业优势，协同兰州大学的学科优势、治理优势，开展关键核心技术研发及成果产业化，进一步提升光明生命健康产业创新能力。期待兰州大学以此次战略合作为契机，支持光明链接更高层级的创新资源，积极导入国家级科研平台、高新技术企业、高端产业、科技创新人才等资源，携手共建世界一流科学城和深圳北部中心。 来源：深圳商报
