01 近因效应

近因效应是指，最新出现的刺激物，促使印象形成的心理效果。比如评价一个人，大家习惯先讲他的优点，接着“但是”，讲了许多缺点，那么后面的话，对印象形成产生的效果，就属于近因效应。

在职场上，汇报工作相关问题的小技巧是：可以先讲不好的一面，降低心理期望值；然后突然的转折，讲述好的一面。这样可以冲淡之前的不好，让你即便工作中存在着一些小疏忽，也容易被一带而过。

02 登门槛效应

登门槛效应，是指一个人一旦接受了他人的一个微不足道的要求，就有可能接受更大的要求。这种现象，犹如登门槛时，要一级台阶一级台阶地登，这样能更容易更顺利地登上高处。

心理学家认为，在一般情况下，人们都不愿接受较高较难的要求，因为它费时费力又难以成功。相反，人们却乐于接受较小的、较易完成的要求，在实现了较小的要求后，人们才慢慢地接受较大的要求。

03 反馈效应

反馈原来是物理学中的一个概念，是指把放大器的输出电路中的一部分能量送回输入电路中，用来增强或减弱输入讯号的效应。

心理学借用这一概念，说明学习者对自己学习结果的了解，能够促进学习者更加努力地学习，从而提高学习的效率。这一心理现象称做“反馈效应”。

在职场中，我们一定要学会给予他人积极的及时有效的反馈，因为你的沉默，可能会让其他人无所适从，不利于工作的进行。

04 安泰效应

安泰效应是，一旦脱离相应条件，就失去某种能力的现象。因此，要学会依靠大家、依靠集体。寓意就是没有群众的支持，都是软弱无力的。水失鱼，犹为水；鱼无水，不成鱼。
