装备满身，入戏太深！男子自拍“耍帅”被举报行拘 这种网购行为，违法！

深圳新闻网2024年4月3日讯（读特新闻记者 高灵灵）为满足虚荣心和吸引粉丝，深圳一名男子多次通过网购警察制服和装备，拍摄视频和照片上传至短视频平台“耍帅”，不料被网友识破举报。4月3日，读特新闻记者从深圳市公安局龙岗分局获悉，该男子被警方依法行政拘留10日。

3月19日，深圳一市民在某短视频平台刷到一名男子身穿警服的自拍照和视频，但男子的神态、举止、气质，看起来并不像真正的人民警察，怀疑是假冒的，于是便向公安机关举报。

接报后，龙岗公安分局荷坳派出所立即对该短视频账号进行核查，并于当天下午将嫌疑人陈某抓获。同时，警方还在陈某住处查获一批警察制服和装备等。

现场询问中，40岁的陈某如实交代了其为满足个人虚荣心，达到博取流量、炫耀自己的目的，拍摄身着警服的照片、视频到短视频平台的违法事实。

经查，陈某实为龙岗某企业的保安员，日常喜欢在个人短视频平台“搬运”各地公安官方账号发布的视频，其账号拥有800多名粉丝。因此，当他发布自己身着警服的照片和视频时，不少粉丝和浏览者信以为真，在评论区夸奖陈某“帅气”“威武”。陈某也坦然“入戏”，享受着这种“荣耀”，从未进行澄清。

记者了解到，根据《中华人民共和国人民警察法》第三十六条规定，人民警察的警用标志、制式服装和警械，由国务院公安部门统一监制，会同其他有关国家机关管理，其他个人和组织不得非法制造、贩卖。人民警察的警用标志、制式服装、警械、证件为人民警察专用，其他个人和组织不得持有和使用。违反前两款规定的，没收非法制造、贩卖、持有、使用的人民警察警用标志、制式服装、警械、证件，由公安机关处十五日以下拘留或者警告，可以并处违法所得五倍以下的罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。

最终，陈某因非法持有、使用警察标识和制式服饰被龙岗公安依法行政拘留10日。来源：读特客户端
