4月1日，县委副书记、县长杨满红以“四不两直”方式到平洛、周家坝、太石及长坝等乡镇督导检查森林草原防灭火、生态地灾搬迁等当前重点工作。





杨满红先后来到平洛镇龙坝村、太石乡雍坝村、周家坝镇豆坪村及长坝镇山根村，通过走访查看、询问交流、翻阅资料等方式，详细了解乡镇责任落实、值班值守、信息上报、应急防范、防火队伍建设、重点人群管控、宣传教育及网格台账等工作，认真听取镇村负责人关于防灭火工作安排部署情况汇报，对发现的隐患问题进行面对面交办，并责令其立即整改。
杨满红强调，各乡镇要提高思想认识，克服麻痹思想，加强巡查频次，盯紧看牢农耕生产、特色种植等重点区域、清明前后重点时段和林远沟深的防控薄弱环节，坚决守住山、看住人、管住火，全力防范森林火情发生。要坚持把防火工作再安排再部署，防火责任再分解再压实，常态化开展大喇叭、小短信、微视频等有效措施，加强丧事报备制度，加大森林防灭火有关法律法规和安全防火知识的宣传教育力度，补齐宣传引导薄弱短板，加强应急值班值守、强化野外火源管控，严防死守、盯死看牢，确保不发生火警、火情、火灾。要全面落实县乡村三级包保责任，严控火源进山入林，通过“拦、讲、问、查、劝”等方式，对进山人员进行宣传引导，严禁在林中及周边违规用火，确保山有人看、林有人护、火有人管。



在平洛镇生态地灾搬迁安置点建设现场，听取了建设进展中的困难与问题，查看了基建配套管网建设进度，抽检已达搬迁入住条件房屋的门窗质量和水电供应情况。她强调，要聚焦往年拆旧复垦和安置点建设进度，高标高效推进年度搬迁任务，强化统筹协调，优化工作力量，统筹产业发展和就业增收，全面补齐欠账，加快安置点区域绿化整治等工作扫尾，确保各项目标任务按时序完成。
