深圳北站60天专项整治启动 综合实施17项举措改善交通出行秩序

深圳北站是深圳客流量最大的综合交通枢纽。近期，有市民和媒体反映，北站周边存在摩的载客、交通拥堵等系列综合交通问题，给市民、旅客出行造成影响。直面群众呼声，回应民生诉求。对此，深圳市迅速行动，市交通、交警以及龙华区等相关部门成立联合专项整治工作专班，展开为期60天的深圳北站交通专项整治。

连日来，在深圳北站，各执法单位联勤联动，日均出动200余人，共查处各类案件133宗，其中，揽客扰序案件6宗，摩电违法103宗，交通运输违法案件24宗。此外，执法人员对北站周边的道路违停进行了查处，对站内乱摆乱卖、乱发传单等进行了清理整治，保障车站文明、整洁、有序的窗口形象。

深圳新闻网2024年3月21日讯（深圳特区报首席记者 戴晓蓉 记者 程赞 文/图）昨天下午，在周末交通出行高峰时段，联合专项整治专班负责人及相关部门一行专门来到深圳北站，对周边交通情况再次进行摸底、走访，论证。记者采访了解到，针对深圳北站周边目前存在的各类交通问题，整治专班提出了包括严打“摩的”违规载人、新增网约车蓄车区、优化交叉口渠化组织、增设东西广场摆渡车、完善广场标识指引系统、优化东广场人行流线及服务等在内的17项具体整治措施着手综合治理，以进一步促进深圳北站交通出行顺畅便捷、市民出行体验不断提升。

强化联合执法，严查非法营运非法拉客

记者了解到，针对深圳北站周边存在的非法拉客、非法营运问题，龙华区组织公安派出所、交警、交通、城管联合开展专项整治，充分发挥深圳北站联勤联动机制，对深圳北站东西广场、进出站口人流密集区域开展多维度、高频次的步巡、车巡、摩巡、视频巡，集中开展联合执法行动。

公安部门组织警力严厉打击拉客行为，挂点设立社区铁骑，集中力量查处“摩的”、电动自行车非法拉客。交通部门加强对交通运输违法行为的查缉及管控，重点查处非法营运蓝牌车、违规经营出租车、网约车等违法违规行为。

优化完善指引标识标牌，周边道路禁止违规上落客

据介绍，为进一步改善通行秩序，交通部门将优化致远中路-玉龙路、民塘路-玉龙路、民塘路-留仙大道3处交叉口组织，减少人车冲突及交织拥堵；进一步完善北站周边道路、广场、地下场站、站内指引标识，新建北站内部人行信息动态引导屏，及时发布东西广场各设施饱和度信息，有效分流并均衡东西广场客流压力。

为减少车辆肆意违停而影响交通，深圳北站周边加大警力投入，强化道路交通运行监测管控，及时排查治理拥堵路段，加强现场疏导管理，将致远中路、留仙大道、民塘路、玉龙路全部设为严管路，启用电子抓拍设备，禁止社会车辆及营运车辆路面违规上落客，加强执法检查。

针对电单车停放混乱的情况，属地街道建立日常巡检机制，设立交通劝导站，会同交警、交通、城管等部门，发现停放不规范、停放秩序混乱的及时进行劝导、挪移、规范摆放；对妨碍其他车辆、行人通行的，进行警告或处罚。

优化公共交通设施，加强公交运力调配

为保障公共交通出行，交通部门将对东广场二层现有出租车场站进行改造，增设上客泊位，提升出租车上客能力；将玉龙路东行外侧两车道设为出租车排队车道，加强主辅交织段黄网格电子抓拍，避免出租车排队影响辅道汇入主道车辆。同时，新增网约车蓄车区，将西广场北区负一层停车场改造为网约车蓄车区，扩容网约车上客通道，对通道及具体位置进行标号，提升上客能力及通行效率。通过安装室内导航硬件设备，网约车APP内集成射频定位、音频定位、室内引擎等技术，实现室内精确导航，提高司乘匹配效率。

同时，将在节假日等重点时段延长地铁运营时间，结合客流情况增加公交运力供给，及时引导调度出租车，提升市民乘车体验；还将利用北侧人行连廊开行东西广场摆渡车线路，设置两处乘车站点，提升乘客步行便捷性。

深圳北站联合专项整治工作专班办公室相关负责人表示，此次专项整治行动，市公安、交通部门、龙华区及深圳北站均抽调了精干力量，坚持问题导向，部门协同、集中整治、标本兼治，将各项措施落实落细，确保取得成效。同时，为确保长期效果，60天专项整治结束后将及时评估，将好经验、好做法依托现有机构（深圳北站综合治理协调办公室）进行常态化运作，保障深圳北站交通出行顺畅便捷，不断提升市民出行体验。

记者采访了解到，联合专项整治截至目前已取得初步成效。“今天到深圳北站坐高铁，切实感受到周边交通环境更有序了，拥堵情况也有所缓解。期待未来能有更多更好的变化！”前来北站坐车的市民吴先生这样对记者表示。来源：深圳特区报
