人在职场，混得不好时，切记6大原则，每一个都很重要！

在职场打拼，每个人都想风生水起，处处吃得开。所以很多道理最好提前了解，这样能帮你少走很多弯路，少吃很多亏。

换句话说，身在职场，做人做事要有基本原则，必须坚守，不能变动。

基本的原则是什么？总共有6个：守本分，守时限，守规矩，守承诺，重改善，重方法。

这些原则做到了，如果你是员工，就是受干部欢迎的员工，如果你是干部，就是老板喜欢的干部；如果你是老板，就是受部属欢迎的老板。

1.守本分
先做好本职工作



守本分，就是搞清楚什么该做、什么不该做。

一个人很热心好不好？好！但也经常挨骂：“就是多管闲事，这么热心干吗？”可是一个人不热心同样挨骂：“只顾自己，本位主义。”

做人真的很难：去帮人家忙就是多管闲事，不帮人家忙就是不乐于助人。

那么，把本职工作做好了，其他什么都不管，对不对？不对！本职工作没有做好，就拼命去帮助别人，对不对？也不对。

一个人只要该做的事情没有做，就去全力去帮助别人，很容易被人误解，不是认为你想讨好别人、想向别人邀功，就是认为你有不良企图。

怎么做呢？首先就是要做好自己的本职工作，然后才可以大胆地去做。而帮助别人还要很谨慎，这个度一定要把握得很好。

2.守时限
提前完成才有可能



做人一定要守时限，否则大家都浪费时间。

什么叫守时限？我们认为是提前完成。如果不提前完成，几乎做不到守时。

在英国叫出租车，司机会一分不差地来按门铃。有人说，那他不是神吗？不是，是他提前到了，他在外面守候着，这才叫守时。

我们这里的原则是：“去机场要多久啊？”“半个小时肯定到。”然后他迟到十分钟，一上车就跟你讲：“时间有点紧张。”自己迟到还要“要挟”别人，这种事太多了。

对付这种人，用什么办法？很简单，明明十点的飞机，跟他讲9点半，给自己预留半个小时。这是欺骗吗？不是，只是妥当而已。

工作中，很多事情都是这样：给甲一个限度，给乙一个限度，但是千万给你自己留有余地，不要逼死自己。

这样你就永远没有事了，这才叫作“精”。

3.守规矩
人性化制度更易遵守





中国人做人实实在在，做事规规矩矩，很少有不守法的事情出现。

守规矩是什么？就是一定要搞清楚所有的规章制度。我们现在很少这样做，是因为不少公司的规章制度根本就不适用。

而且，很多做干部、做老板的真的不明白，规章制度是要用来执行的，要由员工自己定才有用，除此之外谁来定都很难发挥出制度应有的效用。

所以，要让员工守规矩的第一条，就是公司要站在人性化的角度，制定的制度要是员工们心甘情愿接受的，是他们愿意遵守的。

换句话说，人们愿意遵守的时候，这就是规矩；不愿意遵守的时候，这就不是规矩。

但是，一致通过了的规章制度，你就要遵守，不能随意违反了。

4.守承诺
诺不轻许一诺千金



不轻易答应人家，答应人家后连命都可以不要，这是标准中国人的个性。

凡轻诺者，必寡信。

领导交代工作后，马上回答“没问题”的人都不可靠，而那些回答“哎，给我两个小时，我琢磨琢磨再给你汇报的人”，反而更值得信赖，也更会完成任务。

有人会问，在接受工作时，是不是即使很有把握也不要轻率地答应吗？回答是肯定的，即使很有把握也应该经过深思熟虑。这才是负责任的态度，守承诺，一诺千金。

你一定要明白，对于中国来说，签字不算数，承诺不算数，宣誓还不算数，那到底怎样才算数？我们好像对中国人毫无办法。

其实，只要遵守一个原则——合理就行了。你的要求是很合理的，他闭着眼睛也一定会遵从。

也就是说，凡是有形的东西，对中国人文几乎都没有什么约束力。但是他只要在心里认定了，就算数了。这比签字、宣誓有效得多。

心里认定了，他就一定会按承诺去完成，这样的承诺才是承诺。

5.重改善
持续精益求精






重改善，就是要一次比一次做得好。

很多事情，你很有把握的是上一次，而不是这一次。这一次会有很多新的变数，如果你没搞清楚就满口答应，自信满满，结果往往会适得其反。

所以，一定要慎重，我们要的是改善、创善，而不是创新和乱变。

所谓“改善”，就是持经达变，是缓慢的、渐进的，但又是持续的。

我们中国人习惯渐变，不喜欢突变。所以，从表面上看，中国人总像没有变一样。

孔子说“不停滞”，不停下来，一路在变，但是变到好像没有变一样，这个是我们最拿手的。

6.重方法
正确有效是唯一的衡量标准






有些人很不重视方法，搞学术的都知道“methodology”是西方非常重要的学问，中国没有“methodology”，因为我们很简单。

如果问，毛笔字怎么写？没有人知道。没有人教你怎么写毛笔字，写就是了。

这在工作中，非常不可取。没有方向，就像无头的苍蝇，一通乱撞，很难达成预期的目标。

做事有三点最重要：一是方向，二是定位，三是行动。这就是方法。

几乎所有的事情都是这样，先把方向，也就是目标定好，然后找准自己的定位，有什么样的资源配置，最后决定采取什么样的行动来达成。

记住一句话：方法很重要，只要把方法搞对了，就能事半功倍。

有很多人成就了那么辉煌的事业，而其中有些人根本没有读过什么书，这是为什么？就是因为他们按照中国人这套礼仪、这套哲理去做。

换句话说，身在职场，一定要懂中国人特有的人性，从这个角度出发，很多事情解决起来必定游刃有余。
