　　诉求：

　　一、请北京市委、市政法委、市公安局、市国家安全局强力介入，查清据传有“白道背景”的华瑞公司和有“黑道背景”的白墨公司实控人，并勒令他们把企图抢劫大仟公司及投资人的利益如数给付大仟公司，以利大仟公司退还投资人血汗钱【这些投资人都是百姓投资人，没有专业投资人】。

　　二、请查实华瑞公司老总陈立雄到底是不是美国前总统奥巴马派到中国的间谍？陈立雄是不是故意通过联手白墨公司实控人故意制造民生问题故意给国家安全工作添乱？一旦查实，狠狠打击！假如陈立雄不是美国间谍，也一定要狠狠教育他，不要和美国的奥巴马这些东西走这么近，小心被奥巴马策反从而成为祸害国人的汉奸走狗卖国贼。

　　三、请查实白墨公司实控人是否有“黑道背景”？如果确系“黑道人物”，请将黑恶势力的残渣余孽彻底铲除，给人民群众除害，为首都政法系统立威。

　　事实与理由：

　　事实一：华瑞公司和白墨公司耍流氓，企图“抢劫”大仟公司及其投资人投资收益。该行为，直接导致大仟公司几乎停摆。大仟公司的投资资金，源自全国各地许多投资人。大仟公司投资人的数量到底有多少？林鹏未予透露精准数据，只是说：“大概有一千三四百人的样子”。这一数据背后，至少是一千个以上的家庭！投资人因投资效果迟迟不能兑付，有的人家里天天吵架、打架，焦头烂额，不可开交，有的夫妻闹离婚，有的已经出现了妻离子散的情况，甚至，有的因家人无钱看病而亡故，还有的，因投资效果不能及时兑付家里闹意见而直接喝了农药自杀【这些描述，均有事实支撑】......此事件，貌似经济纠纷，但是，已经导致实实在在的社会危害，造成恶劣影响，不再是一起普通的事件，而是一个直接关乎民生且造成一定社会危害的事件。导致这些社会危害的唯一核心原因，就是因为华瑞公司和白墨公司对大仟公司的“抢劫”行为所致。

　　事实二、大仟公司法人林鹏，信佛，心地过于善良，善良到懦弱的地步。林鹏缺少佛家提倡的“勇猛和精进”精神，为什会如此懦弱？可能是恐惧于华瑞公司实控人的“白道背景”，也可能是恐惧于白墨公司幕后实控人的“黑道背景”，总之，面对巨额利益被华瑞公司和白墨公司实施“抢劫”的事实，林鹏根本不敢大刀阔斧发扬斗争精神维护自己和投资人的权益。因此，在为数不少的投资人看来，林鹏有点窝囊，虽然有点窝囊，但他的本性还是挺不错的，他本人的内心意愿是非常希望给投资人解决问题的。同时，因华瑞公司和白墨公司实质性“抢劫”大仟公司致使林鹏经济拮据，无力维权，公司经营几乎瘫痪。为支持其运营乃至起死回生，一些条件尚可的投资人帮忙众筹解决林鹏及大仟公司房租水电等费用。目前，大仟公司正在苟延残喘中度日如年，各种业务几乎停摆。面对传言中的有“白加黑”背景的华瑞公司和白墨公司，我们52名投资人认真学习贯彻习总书记“两个结合”精神，将马克思主义基本原理同具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合，将投资人和大仟公司视为“命运共同体”，以“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想”为指导，把心紧紧团结在以习总书记为核心的党中央周围，以党内、体制内一切正义力量为绝对依靠，发扬斗争精神，自发、自觉地向华瑞和白墨之流发起维权斗争。因此，有了这封举报信。

　　事实三：华瑞老总陈立雄曾于美国太平洋时间2014年7月23日在美国加州的一处幽静别墅里参加了时任美国总统奥巴马举行的小型午餐会。

　　事实三引发的质疑：陈立雄和时任美国总统奥巴马一起进行小型午餐会，由此可见，此人背景的确不同凡响。他背后到底是谁？怎么和奥巴马混到一起去了？通过什么人混到这么个程度？这个段位，无疑是大佬级别的存在。据传，华瑞公司实力强大，有着强大的“白道背景”，幕后“政治靠山”是谁？“政治靠山”是有干股参与？还是被利益输送成为“政治靠山”？到底谁是陈立雄的后台？他为什么敢这么嚣张地对大仟公司及其千余投资人实施“抢劫”？大仟公司法人林鹏是生来窝囊还是恐惧于“白加黑”的淫威而不得不窝囊？为什么“白加黑”明明拿到款项却拒不支付大仟公司致使广大投资人家里成天鸡飞狗跳无法过上正常人的生活？这些内容，有待于相关部门彻查才能得知。彻查的时候，看背后有什么“大老虎”站出来替他说话？替强盗说话者，必是其“政治靠山”！到底是不是华瑞仗着背后有“政治靠山”而联手据说有“黑道背景”的白墨公司企图“抢劫”大仟公司及其投资人利益？结合当下中美关系现状分析，是不是陈立雄故意想制造民生问题故意给国家安全工作添乱？请北京市委、市政法委、市公安局、市国家安全局派出能够坚决落实“公平正义”精神和《反间谍法》精神的精干力量查清事实，清除可能存在的间谍和可能存在的“黑恶势力残余”的同时，给大仟公司及广大投资人做主，帮我们要回原本属于我们的利益。

　　理由三、国家安全部陈一新部长说：“反间谍工作本质上是反渗透、反颠覆斗争，事关政权巩固、国家安危，具有很强的政治性，必须牢牢把握政治方向。”

　　总结：对我们投资人来说，我们只是一些普通群众，我们主要的目的，只是要回原本属于我们自己的利益，缓解家庭压力和债务压力，恢复我们原本平静的正常生活。但是，假如类似华瑞公司和白墨公司这些家伙们真的是“被奥巴马策反的间谍”或者什么“黑社会残余势力”的话，我们也真心希望党和政府尽快铲除这些故意制造“抢人钱财”的人渣！如果能为国家安全工作和“扫黑除恶”工作尽我们一些普通群众的绵薄之力的话，我们也从内心深处感到荣耀。党和人民都痛恨黑恶势力，更加痛恨帮美国人祸害中国人的“间谍”和汉奸走狗卖国贼！我们虽然都是普通群众，但是，我们都坚决拥护党和国家大政方针，坚决支持党和国家用最残酷的方式狠狠地打击“黑恶势力”和破坏国家安全的“间谍”们！如果真的他们是“间谍”和“黑恶势力”，我们支持把他们判死刑并且立即执行死刑，以儆效尤。
