吕梁市规划和自然资源局一工作人员被实名举报

　　近日，本网接到家住山西吕梁市离石区兴隆街30号的居民车建平实名爆料，反映吕梁市规划和自然资源局一名干部涉嫌贪污挪用公款、巨额财产来源不明的情况。

　　

　　实名举报人车建平保证本文反映内容完全真实，如有不实愿承担全部法律责任，具体举报内容如下：被举报人杨春茂，党员，吕梁市规划和自然资源局干部。曾于2000年--2003年借调离石市旧城拆迁指挥部工作。

　　实名举报的问题有两个方面：

　　一、贪污挪用公款1、杨春茂借调离石市旧城拆迁指挥部工作期间，利用职务便利向该单位缴纳170万元，然后利用职务之便将该同一号码收据no.0014201第2、3联重复下账，套取六套门面和住宅，价值340万元。（位于世纪广场天益超市附近）2、杨春茂于2002年12月25日挪用公款21.478万元。杨春茂2002年12月25日未经任何人审批打借条借旧城拆迁指挥部214780元，用于本人购房，同日离石市旧城拆迁指挥部财务收到杨春茂购3#门店款214780元，但杨春茂至今一直未还，构成贪污犯罪。3、杨春茂于2002年12月25日挪用公款182万元。至今一直未还，构成贪污犯罪。二、巨额财产来源不明杨春茂抽调旧城拆迁指挥部期间利用职务之变套取多套门店住宅，且都属于旧城拆迁房屋，合计约2000平米。

　　具体情况如下：

　　1、富昌路24号（六间四层商住一体）共960㎡杨春茂的母亲薛兆玲名下有房三间172.8㎡，杨春茂父亲杨乃柱名下有房两间115.2㎡，此二人均非拆迁户，更无任何建房用地审批表，都是杨春茂职权所为，实为杨春茂控制。

　　2、离石区世纪花苑3号楼D幢3-4-5-6号四间门店，120㎡

　　3、离石区世纪花苑3号楼C幢西加1.西加2店名为“鲜面店”的门店两间。60㎡

　　4、离石区世纪广场天益安置楼，A座3单元301室房屋一套，现由杨春茂居住。120㎡杨春茂利用职务之便未支付差额款，无付款凭证

　　5、位于离石区世纪广场安置楼贵都商场，一层72、86两组柜台。二层两组柜台。

　　6、位于离石区永宁西路安置楼，安置剩余后的顶层阁楼，被杨春茂以4.5万或5万元旦价格对外出售，却以每套3.6万的价格上交后，其中的差价中饱私囊。

　　

　　自2017年5月10日开始，车建平向各级纪检监察机构多次反映杨春茂的违纪违法行为，吕梁市纪委驻吕梁市规划局纪检组受理举报后，经过五个多月核查后将上述举报问题线索逐一查清后，指定石楼县纪检委查办，但时至今日吕梁市和石楼县两级纪检部门均没有向举报人反馈任何结果信息，被举报人仍逍遥法外，并对举报人打击报复。车建平恳请上级纪检部门能够尽快重新调查，清除害群之马，彰显国家正义与反腐决心。文章内容来源于自媒体平台。吕梁市规划和自然资源局一工作人员被实名举报
