材料准备:鸡腿3个、柠檬1个、蒜末、小米辣、白芝麻、葱花、辣椒粉、香菜、生抽、蚝油、陈醋、糖、盐
制作方法
1.碗中加入蒜末、小米辣、白芝麻、葱花和辣椒粉,先淋上热油爆香,再加入一勺生抽、一勺蚝油、一勺陈醋、适量盐和糖搅拌均匀放一旁备用
2.鸡腿洗净冷水下锅,加姜片和料酒煮熟捞起来后,再放进冰水泡一下,泡凉后撕成小块放入盘中,加上柠檬片和香菜,再倒入好自制酱汁搅拌均匀就好啦!

制作方法

材料准备
虾滑 料酒 胡椒粉 淀粉 蒜末 洋葱末 香菜
小米辣 芝麻 柠檬片 生抽 醋 蚝油 糖
制作方法
1.先调一个泰式酸辣酱汁,碗中加入蒜末、洋葱末、香菜、小米辣、芝麻和柠檬片,再来3勺生抽、2勺醋、1勺蚝油、1勺糖、少许黑胡椒和2勺白开水搅拌搅拌均匀
2.虾滑加入一勺胡椒粉、一勺淀粉和一勺料酒搅拌均匀。水开后,滑入虾滑,煮至浮起捞出放酱汁碗里,泡个3分钟左右入入味就做好啦!

鸡爪 1个柠檬 4个小米辣 2个线椒 香菜 泡椒
制作方法
1.鸡爪洗干净剪掉指甲斩成三小块,放入冷水锅中,加入姜片和两勺料酒水开后煮15分钟,捞出过一遍凉水,鸡爪会更加Q弹呢

材料准备
花甲 香菜 蒜末 白芝麻 小米辣 粗细辣椒粉
制作方法
1.先调个酱汁,碗中加入蒜末、小米辣、芝麻和辣椒粉,淋上热油激发香味,再倒入3勺生抽、2勺陈醋、1勺耗油、少许鸡精和3勺白开水搅拌均匀备用
2.花甲先洗洗两遍,倒入60℃左右的温水,加入1勺盐和1勺醋泡上1小时,让花甲吐干净沙再冲洗一下备用
3.水开后倒入花甲、料酒和姜片,煮到花甲开壳后捞出,去掉没肉那边的空壳,加点香菜,再淋入自制酱汁搅拌均匀即可享受鲜香捞汁花甲!
