全市率先！32名青年律师受聘为深圳龙华区人民调解员

深圳新闻网2024年4月7日讯（记者 翁任莹 通讯员 李珊珊）近日，深圳龙华司法局举行2024年龙华区首批青年律师担任人民调解员颁证仪式暨岗前培训。这是龙华区继成立全市首个区级行政调解与行政争议协调化解中心、建成首个调解院后的又一全市率先之举，也是龙华区践行新时代“枫桥经验”的创新探索。

活动现场公布了2024年龙华区首批青年律师担任人民调解员人员名单，并为在座的人民调解员颁发聘书。活动中，各位律师签署承诺书，在担任龙华区人民调解员的过程中，他们将严格遵守《中华人民共和国人民调解法》等相关法律法规和政策，勤勉尽责，不断提升调解能力和水平，热情服务群众并自觉接受社会监督，努力化解矛盾、促进和谐。



今年3月，龙华区司法局联合龙华区调解院、龙华区律师工作委员会，启动首批青年律师担任人民调解员遴选工作，在约100名青年律师中，按照公平公正公开的原则，遴选出具备扎实法学理论基础和丰富实践经验的32名优秀青年律师。如今，这32名青年律师正式受聘，成为龙华区6个街道人民调解委员会聘任的兼职人民调解员，给龙华区人民调解员队伍增添了法治“新力量”。

“当我成功调解一起工伤纠纷，帮助在工地第一天上班就受伤的农民工足额拿到工伤赔偿，收获我律师生涯中第一面锦旗的那一刻，我才真正明白调解工作的价值：帮助求助无门的劳动者减少诉讼负担……”青年律师代表、执业近5年的律师段小玲在发言时说。



颁证仪式结束后还进行人民调解工作实务培训、精智解纷系统实务培训。龙华区司法局相关负责人表示，启动律师担任人民调解员工作标志着龙华区在多元化解矛盾纠纷、维护社会和谐稳定方面迈出了坚实的一步。龙华区聘任首批青年律师担任人民调解员不仅进一步强化人民调解员队伍建设，提升人民调解工作的专业化、规范化水平，而且为青年律师提供了实践法律、服务社会的新平台，促使其将所学知识转化为实际行动，为推动龙华区人民调解工作发展贡献力量。
