而肆拾玖坊酱香白酒经过复杂工艺较长时间的酿造，酒体纯正浓厚，酒味十足。而百分百纯粮食酿制，保证了纯正的酱酒风味和浓郁的粮食香气。在长时间的贮藏过程中，酱酒在漫长的生物反应过程中，在窖池和空气中的微生物群共同作用下，各种有益的微生物尽数置于酒体中，产生独特香气的同时也产生有益菌群。



肆拾玖坊酱香酒经过上百道工序和长时间的酿制和窖藏，在口感上也具有自己的特色。酒体色泽微黄透明，酱香突出，幽雅舒适，回味悠长，格调雅致。倒出来的酒液如丝绸般在杯中荡漾，挂壁均匀，酒线细长连绵，像珍珠项链般稠润不坠；酒花绵密饱满。酱香、窖香突出，混杂着浓郁的谷物发酵香气，轻轻抿一小口，入口顺滑柔和，前味带有绵柔感，舌头轻捻，中味略带甜味，咽下去之后，还略有生涩味和芝麻香。闭上嘴巴，酒气从鼻腔喷涌而出，酒香回味悠长。
