内外兼修，注重红色氛围营造。充分发挥党建引领作用，将服务站作为政策宣传的主阵地。服务大厅突出组织覆盖、文明实践、便民服务等功能，配备休闲桌椅、冷热饮水、应急充电等基础设施，各类党内刊物和阅读书籍一应俱全，同时设立志愿服务岗，为广大群众提供政策解读和宣传引导服务。通过红色力量的凝聚进一步助推红色氛围更加浓郁，切实增强了组织凝聚力。
