深圳拟出新规：举报交通刑事犯罪线索最高奖2万
读特客户端·深圳新闻网2022年10月30日讯（深圳特区报记者 林清容）日前，《深圳市道路交通安全违法行为举报奖励实施办法（征求意见稿）》（以下简称《实施办法》）在市司法局官网上发布，公开征求意见。此次修订突出对重点交通违法行为的打击，如举报交通刑事犯罪线索的，最高奖励2万元，提倡群众提供有效落地的举报线索，更好发挥举报奖励金作用。《实施办法》拟推动有奖举报政策逐步向严重违法行为举报奖励、一般违法行为无偿举报的趋势发展。其举报奖励具体项目及标准方面删除了一般交通违法，新增了热点难点如重点隐患车辆、“炸街”、患有妨碍安全驾驶类疾病仍驾驶机动车等交通违法行为。如，举报身体条件不适合驾驶机动车仍然驾驶机动车的行为的等，每宗奖励1000元。
《实施办法》对于举报线索提供做出要求，举报人需发挥积极作用、证据齐全，有利于公安机关查证，协助公安机关开展调查，对于此类线索各单位受理后需与举报人对接落地，对于发挥积极作用的予以奖励。举报人故意捏造事实诬告、陷害他人，或者弄虚作假骗取举报奖励的，记入举报人个人信用记录，由市公安交警局撤销奖励，并追讨奖金；涉嫌违法犯罪的，依法追究法律责任。
《实施办法》明确市民可以采取公开或者匿名方式，通过下列方式对交通违法行为举报：拨打0755-83333333，通过新浪官方微博私信或者@深圳交警，以及向辖区交警大队或者向执勤交警举报。
同时，列出了详细奖励标准。举报交通刑事犯罪线索的，经核实视情况奖励3000—20000元；举报应处拘留、吊销驾驶证、5000元以上罚款及扣12分等严重交通违法行为线索的，经核实视情况奖励1000—3000元；举报社会反响恶劣的一般交通违法行为线索的，经核实视情况奖励100—500元。对存在即时严重人身安全隐患的道路交通违法行为予以制止或提供援助，有效防止人身安全事故发生的，经市公安交警局确认，参照举报违法行为奖励标准奖励50—5000元。
《深圳市道路交通安全违法行为举报奖励具体项目及标准》中列明，发现行人在高速公路、快速干道行车道行走、坐卧，报警且在现场将其劝离或协助做好安全防护等援护工作后未发生交通事故的，经查实，发生在白天的每宗奖励3000元，发生在夜间的每宗奖励5000元。来源：深圳特区报
